Change of mind
A refund will be available for any of the coaching services, or the Allergenics testing for a period of 48 hours post purchase time/date. No refunds re available for serivces or testing after this time frame. To request a refund, please contact Lisa at lisa.stacey27@outlook.com within the 48 window with relevant details. Please allow up to 5 business days for refunds to be processed.
Refund Policy - The Basics
Upon requesting a refund (within the 48 hour post purchase window) via email, Lisa will contact you via phone or email to arrange payment for refund. Please note that any credit charges, Paypal charges, Apple Pay charges etc that are passed along to Lisa Stacey Holistic Health Coaching will be deducted from your refund amount. Please allow up to 5 business days for refunds.
Why refunds are not offered after 48 hours >
Due to the nature of the services and testing products offered, Lisa will have already started undertaking work on your initial request/s. Refunds after this timeframe will not be considered.
